In terms of responding to the customer, travelling experience, competitive pricing and the attitude of the driver this co deserves a A*.
However I would like to offer a few pointers for improvements to make the experience even better:-
1) introduce an apps so that we can download and track the driver ( save time on reporting)
2) once the booking is confirmed, raise a confirmation acknowledgement preferably with a Booking No for easy reference.
3) provide a safe and secure payment link. The request to transfer the fare before the journey into a personal bank account really makes me uncomfortable.
4) If possible change the name cause it’s really confusing with another taxi co that has almost an identical name.
